POSTER SESSION

Guidelines for Poster Session

• • Poster Format and Printing:
    1. Your poster must be in portrait format.
    2. The poster should not be larger than A0 (Height: 1189 mm, Width: 841 mm).
    3. Ensure the text is readable from a distance of 1-2 meters.
    4. Please note that there are no printing facilities available on-site. 
    5. Print your poster in advance and bring it with you to the conference.

  • Setting Up and Displaying Posters:
    1. Posters may be set up 30 minutes before the start of the session.
    2. Push pins will be provided on-site for mounting the displays.
    3. The poster boards are numbered. Mount your poster on the board that corresponds to the number of your presentation as listed in the program (e.g., if your poster is listed as poster no. 1.2, use poster board no. 2).
       
       
  • Poster Session Duration:
    1. Poster sessions are 90 minutes long.
    2. During the session, you are expected to remain by your poster board and share your research with other attendees.
    3. At least one of the authors must be present at the poster during the entire presentation session.

  • Post-Session Instructions:
    • Posters must be removed after the end of the session.
